Pizza’s are our everytime partner.
Whenever we feel hungry, the only thing that comes to our mind is Pizza. Stuck in office, bad mood, when mom is not at home, hostle party, unplanned birthday party or even mood swings—- for everything and anthing this is something our generation swear by.
So this time I did not just call and order but thought about giving it a try and believe me it may not taste excatly the same as the Dominos’ or the Pizza Hut pizzas but the satisfaction of making it at home is something unbeleivable.
For making the Bread
- Wheat Flour
- Dry Yeast
For the Pizza Toppings
- Red bell pepper
- Pizza Cheese
- Vegetable oil
- Yellow bell pepper
- Chilli flakes
- Black Pepper
HOW TO DO IT??
To make the Pizza Crust
Take 250gms of wheat flour in a bowl add salt and mix it well. In a separate bowl add lukewarm water and mix 1tbsp of dry yeast and rest it for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes add it in the bowl and mix it well. Add a little bit of sugar to enhance the taste of the crust and milk to make it soft. Now after adding everything start kneading it well till the dough gets soft and tender. Cover it and keep it aside and allow it to rise.
Refrigerate it for at least for 2-3hours.
Now cut 3 to 4inches thick dough and roll it to make proper round shaped balls. In a flat surface, sprinkle some flour and start spreading it with your hands or a rolling stick. But make sure that your pizza base should be thick.
Add bake it in microwave or you can also add few drops of oil in a sauce pan and sauté it a little.
For making the Pizza Sauce
You can easily buy it from the store and use it but since I was running out of it so I made it my way.
Take some mayonnaise in a bowl, add tomato ketchup and some chilli flakes to it mix it and your pizza sauce is ready.
For making the Toppings
Cut onions, Onion, Red bell pepper, Yellow bell pepper, Corn, Capsicum into small pieces and stir fry it a little before adding it in the Pizza bread.
The Final Process
Take the pizza bread and grade some cheese on top and start adding all the toppings even olives, black pepper, chilli flakes and oregano if you want and again grade a good amount of pizza cheese from the top and microwave it for 15 minutes.
Or you can even bake it in an oven. For that you only need heat a few drops of oil and place the pizza in it and cover it until the cheese melts.
After the cheese melts, take it out from the oven and enjoy it 🙂
